The menu will be “Farm Driven Modern American” with a Mexican influence. Living in Imperial Beach Ca the most southwesterly city in the United States he has been submerged in Mexican cuisine and culture which has inspired him in a new and exciting way.

“Cook with passion, purpose and intensity or don’t cook at all.”
Congrats on all you have accomplished as a young chef!! It is so great that you are returning to your home town and roots. Although I live near the spring valley swap meet I love Imperial Beach! Its a lovely little beach town so close to where we live. My little 8yr old grandaughter just finished a week of surf camp through YMCA in Imperial Beach.
I Just want to know when your Shipping Yard opens so we can come try your creations. I have a daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandchildren who just returned from teaching english in Logrono in northern Spain during this past year. We all love international food as we have lived abroad. I hope you will have all levels of pricing so that everyone can enjoy your creations.
